It Can be applied with a garden pump up sprayer as well as a small cup gun for applying stain to small areas like rocks, vertical surfaces and accent borders. It can be used on pool decks, driveways, walkways, patios, malls and shopping centers. It can be applied over existing sealers and it can be diluted with water and acetone to create a quick drying stain that can be sealed in the same day using a water base sealer or a solvent based sealer.
